It’s been a while for this photo. Oh! They’ve grown, haven’t they? That wee baby that used to fit under her arm now matching her for size in everything but height. For the first time in months they let me lay them down for this photo. Theo understanding that there will be a ‘treat’ afterwards. They give me a moment (3 frames) and are off. I am left with this photo on my display screen. Just staring down marvelling at their changes, filled with pride and that bittersweet ache. Wanting to run to the computer and line it up with the series past, so I do.

They are 49 & 29 months respectively. Hopefully with a little encouragement they’ll let me continue with this series as I do enjoy watching them grow like this.

Love this photo series. So bittersweet. Makes my heart heavy to see how much and how fast they’ve grown up. Oh I miss their baby selves, as much as I love who they are now.
